We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about swimming and looking to get more involved with the sport. Performance swimming background is desired although not necessary as the club is willing to pay for courses of those individuals who show commitment to the club.

The Inclusion Advisory Group will support and advise Worcestershire Football Association (WFA) and Herefordshire Football Association (HFA) to increase awareness, understanding and knowledge of inclusion, equality and diversity – to better engage with and thereby better meet the needs of all of our local football communities to help to ensure football is available to everyone.
The IAG shall be working on behalf of The Worcestershire Football Association and Herefordshire Football Association, with the remit of increasing the diversity of football's talent pool.
The IAG will also help fulfil WFA & HFA business and legal duties and responsibilities.
