CHALLENGE NUMBER 4 - TARGET CHALLENGE!

  1. Send in your first attempt to us on via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or email.
  2. You have all week to practice.
  3. Send in your improved attempt on Friday!

Step by Step Instructions to perform the target challenge:

  • Roll 4 socks up into 4 separate balls.
  • Place a target (I used a box), roughly 2M away from where you are standing.
  • Throw the socks with your RIGHT HAND until you hit the target.
  • Once you have hit the target with you right hand, do the same with your LEFT HAND.
  • Once you have hit the target with you left hand, drop the sock onto your RIGHT FOOT and kick the sock into the target.
  • Once you have hit the target with your right foot, drop the sock onto your LEFT FOOT and kick the sock into the target.
