CHALLENGE NUMBER 2 – 45 SECOND BALL THROW!
1) Send in your first attempt to us on via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or email.
2) You have all week to practice.
3) Send in your improved attempt on Friday!
Step by Step Instructions to perform the ball throw challenge:
- Stand roughly 2 metres away from the from a wall.
- Throw the ball from one hand in an underarm action against the wall, and catch the ball with the opposite hand. Continue to do this for 45 seconds.
- A successful catch counts as 1.
- How many can you complete in 45 seconds?
