Join our 25 day challenge, set your own goals and celebrate 25 years of Active Suffolk. No matter your age, ability or current physical activity levels, all movement counts and the more you do, the more points you will achieve.
Celebrate 25 years of Active Suffolk by participating in our first physical activity challenge using our free activity tracker from 23rd August- 17th September.
No matter your age, ability or current physical activity levels, all movement counts!
To take part, all you have to do is sign up to Active Suffolk's FREE Activity Tracker, join the challenge and log any movement, physical activity or sport over the 25 days. What you choose to do is totally up to you...so whether you aim to walk more, do the gardening, take time out to dance to your favourite tunes each day or run - it is your challenge!
Throughout the 25 days, we will be sending you encouragement, suggestions and support, plus everyone involved will be entered into a prize draw!- GOOD LUCK!
