100 Miles for Suffolk Mind
If you’re looking for a way to stay active, want to achieve something amazing and do something to help others, then take on our 100-day challenge starting January 2022.
The 100 miles for Suffolk Mind in 100 days challenge is to cover the distance of 100 miles over 100 days in whatever way you choose. Anyone, any age can take part, be it solo or as part of a team. Just a mile a day from New Year to Easter and you could be a 100-mile superstar! You can walk, run, cycle, or even swim your way to springtime whilst raising vital funds.
Why 100 miles? Well, Suffolk is approximately 100 miles East to West and North to South – so Suffolk Mind thought it was a great way to represent their mission of making Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.
So why not embrace the great outdoors, get active this winter, and feel uplifted as you move towards springtime for Suffolk Mind.
