Over on our Twitter, Instagram and Facebook page, in partnership with Abbeycroft Leisure, we will be sharing suggested exercises and activities that you can do throughout the month to be more active.
If you share your RED January activities with us, you will be entered into a draw to win one of the five FitBits up for grabs!
