We all know how important physical activity is for our mental health, even more so now given the challenging times we are living in with potential
isolation issues. As a result, we are partnering with Suffolk Mind to get behind their 100 miles for Suffolk Mind campaign and are encouraging the people
of Suffolk (whether that's the workforce, This Girl Can Ambassadors, our Health and Wellbeing clients or our own team) to back this campaign to challenge
themselves and others to cover the distance of 100 miles, their way, to raise money for Suffolk Mind.
The 100 Miles for Suffolk Mind challenge is to cover the distance of 100 miles, whether that is running, skipping, walking, hopping, swimming or in a more
unique way. People can do it solo or join friends, family, or colleagues to make it a team challenge.
