Local Skills Strategy - Training Needs Analysis

Active Suffolk are working with our chartered body, CIMSPA to create a local skills strategy to help improve the skills and employment priorities within the labour market and skills system of the local area.

We are reaching out to the paid workforce in Suffolk (which includes all employers, self-employed instructors and paid coaches) to ask for your help in completing a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) which is designed to collect as much intelligence as we can to identify the local needs and skills gaps within the sport and physical activity sector.

If you are an employer, self employed instructor or a paid coach working in Suffolk, we would very much appreciate your input by completing the relevant TNA below, which should take no more than 10 minutes of your time.

We are looking for one submission per employer in Suffolk, so if you work for an employer we would appreciate your collaboration in completing one submission. Your input is invaluable in shaping the future direction of identifying the skills needed to shape local provision, therefore please do take the time to read the relevant guidance document below and then complete the short questionnaire. The deadline for completion is midnight on 16th June.
