C3 are inviting Harbour and Kirkley residents to join their local walk

We may be told we need to eat healthy food and exercise more, but often the neighbourhoods we live in don't make it easy. We can try on our own to make healthy choices... but wouldn't it be good if neighbourhoods supported us too?
C3 Collaborating for Health, in partnership with Suffolk County Council are leading two walks in the Lowestoft area for local people and their neighbours. Using an app, the group will look at spaces for playing and eating. All training will be given by C3 so no experience of using apps is necessary and tablets will be provided.
This 1.5 hrs walk will be entirely outside in line with the latest UK government advice to make sure it is Covid-19-safe.
An online (Zoom) meeting two weeks later will follow the walk to share findings and hear more from you. Your thoughts will be used in a report for the Council. You will receive a voucher you can spend locally or online as thanks for taking part.
