Barrow Nordic Walking
Free Taster Session on Thursday 14th September 11.00am starting at Barrow Village Hall
Followed by a 5 week course for just £30
Nordic walking turns ordinary walking into an effective fitness workout using specially designed poles. It's sociable, fun and works your whole body.

• Relieves neck, shoulder and back pain
• Reduces impact on ankles, knees and hips

Barton Mills Move it or Lose it Classes
FREE taster session on Monday 11th September followed by a weekly class commencing 25th September at Barton Mills Village Hall.
Chair Based Exercise Class 2.30pm – 3.15pm
Improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for greater strength. All the exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability.
Exercise to Music Class 3.45pm – 4.30pm
A gentle exercise to music class, all exercises can be adapted to suit you; this total body workout is a great way to improve your overall fitness.

Bildeston Badminton Session
NEW Badminton Session at Chamberlin Hall, Bildeston
FREE Taster on Monday 25th September followed by a weekly session every Monday 7.30pm – 9.30pm.
Pay and Play sessions; drop in and enjoy a game, no partner required and all equipment is provided. All ages and abilities are welcome. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

Nayland Strength & Balance Class
New Chair Based Strength & Balance Class starting in Nayland Village Hall.
FREE TASTER SESSION Friday 29th September 1pm – 2pm followed by a weekly class.
A great way to do some light exercise and meet new people locally, exercises will be focused on strength, balance and gentle stretching and will be aimed at beginners.
