Kerry a former Suffolk Policewomen and owner of Keep Well runs Pilates classes across Suffolk and also offers sports massages to clients.
During lockdown Kerry quickly transferred all her classes online and also maintained her sports injury clinic via virtual consultations on Zoom. In order to ensure that clients could continue to participate during lockdown Kerry drove to various villages across Suffolk to deliver equipment for people to use at home whilst participating in the virtual sessions, all free of charge.
As things have started to reopen she has ensured that classes can start up again in a safe environment, giving everyone the confidence to return. In short, she has been proactive and supportive to all those she has come into contact with and contributed significantly to keeping people both physically and mentally well during the recent lockdown and restrictions.
One of her clients said:
"Kerry's approach and cheerful disposition always provided a boost to those participating. She provided an online consultation for my husband for a sports injury and every week without fail asked me how he was doing with the exercises she had prescribed. It was great to be able to continue with the classes and keep in touch with other class friends - being able to see them virtually. There is no doubt that Kerry made a significant contribution to both my physical and mental wellbeing during lockdown and also the other class members"
Well done Kerry, you deserve your recognition!
