You will work as part of the Active Suffolk team (Hosted by East Suffolk Council) who develop, coordinate, and deliver programmes with the aim of increasing participation in physical activity and sport within local communities.

You will be providing development planning, delivery, and evaluation support to the Workforce Development Officer on various identified projects across the county, particularly skills development projects. As part of this you will co-ordinate a learning programme for Skills development across the County, working with training providers and employers, linking to existing projects.

You will need to have excellent communication, listening and organisation skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. A flexible approach to working hours is required, as well as a full UK driving license and a willingness to travel county wide.
