Suffolk Needs Met training for Active Schools as part of Suffolk Mind's Primary School EARLY Minds programme. This training is designed to inform and educate teachers on a number of mental health and wellbeing topics. *PLEASE NOTE - this course will be delivered by Suffolk Mind trainers over two 2 hour sessions at 3:45-5:45pm on Tuesday 4th May & Thursday 6th May 2021 via Zoom.

Suffolk Needs Met: Mental Health and Wellbeing Training for Active Schools (Available to invited schools only)

Suffolk Mind's Emotional Needs and Resources approach is a tried and tested model used in organisations and schools, teaching both adults and children through our Primary School programme known as Early Minds - Emotional Awareness & Resilience Learnt Young. As part of the programme, Suffolk Needs Met training is included to educate the staff on a number of mental health topics, providing you an understanding of what it means to be emotionally healthy, why it is important and how emotional health supports physical health. Most of all, Suffolk Needs Met is all about us working together to create emotionally healthy places to enjoy living and working in, we hope they are skills you will learn and able to implement into your professional and personal life.

The course will be delivered by Suffolk Mind trainers over two 2 hour sessions at 3:45-5:45pm on Tuesday 4th & Thursday 6th May 2021 via Zoom.
