This half an hour class uses light, medium or heavy weights to build strength from head to toe. If you don't have any weights at home, don't worry you can use tinned tomatoes!! Tracey has been teaching fitness of over 10 years and specialises in working with women of all ages, pre and post natal and menopause. Tracey takes delight in working with women with low self esteem of depression and watching them blossom.
