Pilates Mat Class - Mixed Ability

Pilates not only encourages better posture but also helps individuals to become more body-aware whilst promoting functional movement and core strength. Pilates is also beneficial for those suffering with issues such as low back pain, muscle tightness or other muscle aches and pains.

The mat-work classes work with a number of different levels so you can work at whichever level suits you best. The classes are socially distanced and can be booked by contacting Lara on 07974142240 or contact@larapepper.com. Classes are run in 6/7 week courses.

What to Bring / Equipment

Mat and small towel if you have one
